THINSULATE® - Synthetic fibers, which is an alternative to fur or fluff. Very warm tissue (2 times warmer than the fluff), which is can be used in the manufacture of hats, gloves and shoes warming.

Material benefits:

· Low absorption and respiratory feature.

· Fiber is much more lighter and thinner than the polyester.

TECHNOLOGY

Evolving the design of our original fleece fiber technologies has advanced the compositions and applications of synthetic fleece fabrics. By developing new and innovative knitting techniques we created Polartec®Thermal Pro® to push the capabilities of synthetic polyester to higher levels of style and performance.

The ability to regulate core warmth for optimal comfort is provided by thermal air pockets that contain heat without restricting breathability. Minimizing the mass through open air channels also drastically reduces fabric weight and increases compressibility for better packing and storage.
